SWASAP Conference

The Southwest Association of Student Assistance Programs (SWASAP) 2023 Conference is in New Orleans, LA. Please save the date for November 5, 2023 - November 8, 2023.

HEPCAMP

The National HEPCAMP Association (HEPCAMP) 2023 Conference is in San Diego, CA. Please save the date for October 30, 2023 - November 2, 2023.

TCO, or total cost of ownership, evaluates both direct and indirect cost to give an effective cost of purchase. Only direct costs are listed below for a five year grant cycle, but please consider indirect costs as well. Indirect costs include: IT staff to keep current system running, gas spent commuting to a location to enter data if the current system is only accessible in one location, and time of program staff and/or dedicated program staff for use of current system.
