November 2024: SSS
December 2024: UB/UBMS
January 2025: TS/EOC
February 2025: McNair/VUB

Student Support Svcs APR

The SSS APR site is open November 4, 2024 to submit your APR data. The due date is December 6, 2024.

SWASAP Conference

The Southwest Association of Student Assistance Programs (SWASAP) 2024 Conference is in Little Rock, AR. Please save the date for November 3, 2024 - November 6, 2024.

EOA

The Educational Opportunity Association (EOA) 2024 Conference is in Minneapolis, MN. Please save the date for November 17, 2024 - November 20, 2024.

SAEOPP Conference

The Southeastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (SAEOPP) 2025 Conference is in New Orleans, LA. Please save the date for February 2, 2025 - February 5, 2025.

MEAEOPP Conference

The Mid-Eastern Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (MEAEOPP) 2025 Conference is in Roanoke, VA. Please save the date for February 16, 2025 - February 19, 2025.

TCO, or total cost of ownership, evaluates both direct and indirect cost to give an effective cost of purchase. Only direct costs are listed below for a five year grant cycle, but please consider indirect costs as well. Indirect costs include: IT staff to keep current system running, gas spent commuting to a location to enter data if the current system is only accessible in one location, and time of program staff and/or dedicated program staff for use of current system.
