We are looking for recent graduates that have TRIO experience (We're looking at you, TRIO Alums) and enjoy learning new technology and explaining, teaching, and advising others on the best way to make technology work for them. As a software offering, Lacai is constantly evolving so we need a special candidate to help our existing customers via phone and e-mail as well as the opportunity to speak with potential customers and help them decide if Lacai is the right fit for them. We need someone with the drive to learn all of the ins and outs of Lacai, as well as the business processes and technology involved with running a successful TRiO program. This may sound like a lot of different hats to wear, and it is, but our team is willing to fill in the gaps and provide on-the-job training and an amazing experience for the right candidate! |

Effective verbal and written communication (phone and e-mail), computer skills (e-mail, web browser, word processor, spreadsheet), ability to work without supervision, provide information and assistance to potential and existing clients, answer questions and make appropriate referrals. |
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule (8am - 5pm) Monday - Friday |
