Richard Carney Richard has been developing software for over 25 years and working with technology in Higher Education for over 20 years. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from Texas State University and professional certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Redhat, and ITIL. Regardless of the application, his emphasis is to keep things simple. His story with TRIO began while supporting staff having difficulty using and managing their existing database. After tinkering with the idea of creating a better system, a plea from TRIO staff started what is now known as Lacai! |

Ed in Elementary Education from Texas State University. From peer mentoring with SSS to directing Talent Search, she has experienced the gamut of what it takes to run a successful TRIO program. |
